Customers can arrange to collect their orders from the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) at no additional delivery cost. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready and agree on the collection arrangements before travelling to collect it.
2. Delivery Through Pickup Mtaani
We offer paid delivery to available locations through Pickup Mtaani. Delivery charges depend on the selected destination and will be communicated or displayed during checkout where applicable.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed after placement and payment confirmation, where applicable. We will communicate any important updates concerning your order or collection arrangements.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier arrangements and other circumstances. If you need an update about a specific order, please contact us.
5. Incorrect Delivery Details
